1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Zinniavico Co., you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Zinniavico Co. acts as a licensed vehicle shipping agent, coordinating transport between customers and bonded, insured motor carriers.

All quotes are based on information provided by the customer. Final pricing may adjust if vehicle details, locations, or transport type change.

Bookings are confirmed in writing. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled pickup are free of charge.

All carriers are fully insured. Liability during transit is governed by the carrier's policy, a copy of which is provided upon request.

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed due to weather, traffic, and routing factors.
